Yes. We do require that a home owner be present during our first visit. This ensures that we can ask you any questions, answer any questions, and discuss your expectations in order to provide the most accurate quote.

At 704 Concrete and Coatings will we take every action to mitigate damage to a yard with the understanding that their will be heavy equipment required to complete the job and some disturbance can occur. To mitigate these risks we will use plywood or plastic ground mats to protect the grass but there may still be some disruption.
