That's hard to say. And we wouldn't expect a home owner to know the answer to this question! That's why we come to you and offer a no-cost estimate, free of charge. We'll inspect the area and let you know your options based on needs, expectations, the extend of the damage, and your budget.

Can My Concrete Be Repaired?

Often, yes! If pre-existing concrete was poured in sections, then it may be possible to patch or repour a damaged area without needing to completely repour the entire slab. That is one of the many benefits to concrete.

Will My Concrete Crack?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Concrete is guaranteed to crack, this is not indicative of poor or sub-par workmanship. At 704 Concrete our team of professionals will do everything possible to mitigate this risk with control joints with appropriate spacing so the cracks will occur within the control joints, instead of the surface of the concrete.

Can You Make My Concrete Look Less Like Concrete?

YES! Concrete today is not the same as it used to be. After being poured, we can stamp, dye, and texture your concrete in a variety of hues, and patterns.  The end result is concrete that looks like brick, stone, flagstone, wood planks, cobblestone and more.  At 704 Concrete we are super proud of the artistic details that can transform boring grey concrete into something stunning.

Can You Accommodate a BIG Job?

Yes, we do large scale residential jobs including: large driveways,  house or detached building foundations, large pool decks and large patios, and light commercial such as parking lots, and curb and gutter.

Do You Do Small Jobs?

Yes. We understand that not every concrete pour is large. Sometimes you need a skilled concrete pro to help patch and match to your pre-existing concrete. Check out our work photos for examples.

Will My Concrete or Cement Repair Be The Same Color as the Old Concrete?

Accepted Answer

Eventually, yes - it depends on the age of your existing concrete.  If it's 5 years or older, probably not.
If you are concerned about this, there are various options we offer to make sure your concrete blend together. Ask our team about them during your free estimate.

Do I Have To Be Home For Your Estimate?

Yes. We do require that a home owner be present during our first visit. This ensures that we can ask you any questions, answer any questions, and discuss your expectations in order to provide the most accurate quote.

Will A Concrete Crew Tear Up My Yard?

Accepted Answer

At 704 Concrete and Coatings will we take every action to mitigate damage to a yard with the understanding that their will be heavy equipment required to complete the job and some disturbance can occur.  To mitigate these risks we will use plywood or plastic ground mats to protect the grass but there may still be some disruption.

Does 704 Concrete Handle Commercial Jobs?

I Have A Cement Walkway, Driveway, etc., Can You Fix It?

Yes.  People offer call their concrete structures 'cement' when what they really mean to say is concrete.  Cement is actually one of a handful of ingredients that makes up concrete.  But call it whatever you like, we can fix it.
